This is the second time I’ve hired Sam at Lorax Handyman and he did a fantastic job. He replaced and installed two chandeliers on a high vaulted ceiling, a ceiling fan, some recessed lighting, and patched some drywall. The work turned out great. Sam was professional, courteous, and went the extra mile. I will definitely use him again.
Sam is a very skilled and knowledgeable "Handy Man" It was great pleasure doing business with him. I'm definitely will be using Sam in all my future projects and repairs. He takes pride in his work, trustworthy, super friendly and a great communicator. Sam came by to replace the upper wood paneling in the front of the house. While he was there I asked him to check out some termite damage near a window and garage door frame. All were repaired and looked great! Last thing I asked him if he was able to add some outdoor power outlets on the sides of the house. His response was "No Problem" Awesome guy! Thank you Sam!
What can I say about Sam - first and foremost he is a breathe of fresh air compared to other experiences we have had in the past. Sam recently removed and replaced our kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He was extremely professional and courteous. During the process he uncovered a water leak and mold which he thoroughly explained and remedied before proceeding with further work. His work ethic and pride in his work is obvious when you see the time and effort he puts into his task. Our job (like most) had unexpected issues (which could not be seen until our old sink was removed) but Sam again explained everything and offered recommendations and advice on the best ways to proceed. We hired Sam from Lorax Handyman for a couple of projects at our houseand he did a wonderful job. He diagnosed and fixed a roof issue; a leak into a second floor and a bathroom shower issue that leaked into the first floor. The second project was to improve our front yard [now it needs no water] and to install lighting along the pathway. Sam is a very good person, reliable, responsive and affordable.
