I had a very good experience with Indy Residential whom I hired to make some repairs which were revealed in a home inspection I had done as I prepare to sell my house. They were responsive, professional and did a great job.

Chris and his crew came in to replace a severely damaged subfloor and retile our primary bathroom. From start to finish Chris was prompt, honest. What they quoted was exactly what we paid. They followed the timeline I was given up front. …

Love the end result! Replaced cedar siding w Hardie board. The house feels warmer and more quiet too. The crews were amazing. Work is flawless. Work ethic is too. I will have them do my next project.

Kelly, my rep and the crew were fantastic. The work was done with such professionalism and accuracy. My home and garage roof were replaced in 2 days and my yard was left cleaner than it was before the work was started.

We just used Indiana Residentail for the second time, and have been very happy with them on both occasions. They did a great job on a kitchen remodel in 2021, and recently helped us with a guest bath remodel. Highly recommend!
