My toilet would take forever to fill up after a flush, and sometimes no water would even come out. Called up Grizzly Rooter and spoke with Marc, he was fast and efficient to come out and fix the problem. Pricing was more than reasonable compared to other plumbers I have dealt with. When Marc arrived he Immediately knew what the problem was, and showed me step by step what was wrong and how to fix the issue which I greatly appreciated!! Incase it ever happened again. Usually plumbers show up and it's a wham bam thank you ma'am! Marc was very professional and nice to talk with. Will definitely be using him again for future plumbing jobs.

Marc is the best most reliable Plummer. I first met him 2 years ago when my sink was clogged days before I was having a dozen people over for thanksgiving. after having several plumbers come to my house unable to fix it, Marc came to save the day. One hydro jet later and my Thanksgiving was saved. I always manage to have a clogged sink or tub on a weekend and he will come and never charges me more. The most recent was on Saturday night at 10pm! My kitchen sink clogged again and he said he’d be right over. Highly recommend!

Marc saved us at 10pm at night - our kitchen sink/dishwasher wer backing up, and they share the same sewer line as the bathtub on the second floor. Once I took a bath my wife told me that the kitchen was raining, and water was all in the cabinets. Marc was able to come and work until midnight unclogging two sewer drains, and diagnosed why the bathtub was leaking. He told me that I could attempt to repair the bathtub plumbing on my own since i'm pretty handy, or he could come back and do it. Super reliable

Marc came and absolutely saved the day for me!! I had a terribly clogged drain and he did an amazing job of fixing it for me In a very short amount of time and his prices are the best in town! Couldn’t have asked for more he is truly an all around great guy as well. I will definitely be using him for any future repairs. Thank you so much Marc you are a savior !!!

Mark replaced the lever that holds and releases water in the tub. He replaced the entire unit and, he did it efficiently. He’s done work at my condo before. He’s very good and quotes you a fair price. He does high quality work.
