I volunteer as Board President in a large condo building in Beverly Hills. it's an old structure so everything is always a problem, especially plumbing. At least this is what I thought before we got fortunate to get this company for the first time! I can simply say we will never part! Starting with the impeccable office management, Anna and Mikle make things easy and they do follow up! with absolute ease of making an appointment and getting technicians always at a promised time, which is unheard of, to the job completion, small or large, always with the great professionalism and knowledge. In the main garage we had huge job replacing 3 and 4 inch rusted overhead cast iron drain pipes. Done quickly and efficiently, without any disturbances for the building. Replaced cast iron line, removed very large part of rusted section of 4 inch cast iron piping and replaced with new connections and fitting. Several unit owners had many different requests fully completed quickly - clogged kitchen drains, sneaked 3 units main bathroom drains, etc.
Always clean working team, never leaving garbage or dirt or wet floor behind. Highly efficient and professional. The best team in town. If you have plumbing problems or just questions don't wait, call 911! Plumbing, I mean:)

This company is the best. I highly recommend them. They do a free estimate, their prices are competitive, they are fully insured (your HOA will be happy). They did a great job, and when they ran into a problem, they stepped up and handled it honorably. Also, they are great guys... Greg the manager was super nice and it was a pleasure talking to him on the phone. And the plumbers Greg and Gago were super nice and did a great job. I highly recommend you hire them for your next job!
I called this service on Thanksgiving 2020 after my pipes burst in the kitchen and caused severe flooding that then caused my bathroom ceiling downstairs to rain buckets and flood as well. The gentleman that showed up- I think his name was Dave (hope I got that right) was professional, kind, attentive and very committed to solving the problem. He did a great job and truly saved what was a stressful and overwhelming day. I hope I never have to use 911 Plumbing again, but if I have issues- I will be calling them. Great job.
I use 911 Plumbing extensively at HOAs and have always been pleased with their service. Their prices are excellent, and they provide that extra measure of customer service needed for HOAs where a repair affects multiple residents at once. They have tackled complicated pipe clogs that involve tracing the clog between several units to find the location and cause. They have replaced many water valves and performed water heater maintenance. I have never had an issue with their work, and I highly recommend 911 Plumbing.
