Daniel/Gateway Rooter has helped us with leaks at our house so many times - water leaks find ways to sneak out of old pipes and the shoddy work of past owners of our home, and also simple things like moving pipes to relocate our washer/dryer/mopsink to make more space in our garage for our car. Leak from the sidewalk to our pipes due to PG&E streetwork - fixed too! We've appreciated this knowledge and honest service over many years.
Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend Gateway Rooter to anyone.
I’ve called Gateway twice now and Nick always shows up on time, he’s honest, courteous, does phenomenal work, and his prices are great. He sent me an estimate for some other work that same day. Nick genuinely cares and takes the time to do the job right.
Came out to my place in echo park in less than 1 hour after 5pm on a Tuesday. Did an excellent job on a clog and patch that I had. Will call again if I need any more plumbing done.
