We recently had our home remodeled by Ace Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included raising the ceiling, kitchen and bathroom remodels, new windows, stairs, flooring, and paint.
The work was completed on time, and the quality exceeded our expectations. The crew was respectful and kind throughout the process, making it as smooth and stress-free as possible. We truly appreciate the craftsmanship and care that went into our home, and we would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. Highly recommended!
Mike and the team at ACE did a great job working with us on our remodel. They had a good size showroom where our designer was able to work with them to pick out all the aspects of our bathroom and bedroom project. Would highly recommend them for any remodel from start to finish.

We originally planned on a partial remodel that my wife wanted. The house had not been changed since '92 when I bought it.
Mike (the owner) came over. We told him what we wanted, he answered questions, made suggestions and took video of the rooms. The first thing my wife wanted was to knock down the wall between the kitchen and dining room. After the team (2) came over and started working, I began to think that maybe
the whole house should be done. If so, I wanted them to do the work. It was obvious the team was skilled and knowledgeable and
they had decades of experience. Mike initially impressed me on his first visit. He listened and remembered well and was always even tempered and respectful.
The contract(s) were straightforward. Each task was listed with the price. He set up a payment schedule and when it was time to pay for the work, he took a
personal check. There were surprises along the way - a hot water slab leak in the kitchen, a gas leak to the dryer in the garage accidentally discovered by
the electrician, and the biggest surprise - above floor pipes in one of the three closets that was to become one walk-in closet - originally the center closet
contained the hot water heater (which had been moved to the side of the house by the original owner). The team took care of all these problems, including
digging a trench for the new gas line to the dryer and installing it, digging up the slab in the kitchen (to repair the hot water leak) and digging up the slab in the new closet area (to reroute the pipes through the attic). They were here for 3 1/2 months. When family came over afterwards, they were impressed with all the work that was done in that time. About half-way through a third team member was added for the flooring and painting. It was challenging for the team because we only had an 8 x 8 pod in the front of the driveway for storage. No sizable furniture could go in there, so they had to constantly move furniture around.
Some items (mainly cabinets and flooring) were provided by Ace. Other items we bought (and received an allowance) or Ace provided. We also had the exterior painted
by another Ace team. During the project Mike came over almost daily to check the progress and talk to the team. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Ace Construction started and completed a 400 sqft master bedroom and bathroom addition. In addition Mike and his crew removed old wood siding, re-stuccoed and painted the whole house to match. Mike was great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and carries years of experience, which was critical in turning our remodel blueprints into the finished structure were living in today. I had many questions and concerned during the whole process and Mike was always easy to reach and took care of any of my concerns that day or the next. Mike estimated the whole project would take about 3 months, I originally thought that was wishful thinking; His estimate was about 2 weeks shy only because we added some extra projects along the way.
