Had a really good experience with Saver Plumbing through my Fidelity Home Warranty claim. Alex was great—professional, friendly, and got all of my plumbing issues taken care of without any hassle. The office staff was also excellent. They kept me updated, worked with my schedule, and let me know when Alex was on his way, which I really appreciated.
We had a badly clogged bath/shower drain. We contacted American Home Shield and Alex took exactly 10 minutes to identify and repair the problem. The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first 🤦🏼♂️With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.
