Jay Bartlett of Pipeline Rooter & Plumbing replaced my electrical water heater for me on 7/27/26. He is professional, responsive and communicative about everything little details. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

A++++ Jay is the most straightforward, honest professional you will find in any trade - extremely knowledgeable, no job too big or small, he will never try to upsell or swindle you. He has done everything from entire kitchen/laundry remodel, including gas lines and rerouting appliances, to quick drain clean out for us. We love Jay!

Jay is the kind of plumber you hope you find. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed a leaking pipe, and fixed it fast with zero mess. You can tell he has real integrity and treats your home and the job like it’s his own. Super professional, fair pricing, and I’ll definitely be calling him again!

As a realtor in need of plumbing services very often for my clients and I use them personally. I have found Pipeline Rooter & Plumbing to be the most reliable, honest, reasonable and personable plumbing company that I have ever worked with. I recommend them to all of my clients and they all feel the same! 10 Stars!

We found Pipeline Rooter & Plumbing after another, well recognized plumbing service we had used, recommended them for our service. Not only did we find the service professional, clean, and courteous, but you could tell they actually cared about getting things solved, WITHOUT simply trying to upsell me unnecessary services. Thank you for all you have done. Also, they work with veterans to give them work, and that is very telling of their character.
