On-time plumbing and clear site reports
The technician arrived promptly after we received the notification call that he was on his way. He appeared to have knowledge of our facility based on the previous technician's job notes. He worked steadily at the job and reported what was found at each site. The technician also recommended return dates for future service to keep the filters working properly. I would recommend Bill West Plumbing based on the service we have experienced.
Adan was very professional! He finished our jobs in a no nonsense manner, and gave us further instructions and advices how to fix our other plumbing issues in future. We would definitely call Bill West again!
