There was a tremendous amount of work that needed to be done at an apartment complex I manage, and this team exceeded every expectation. From initially a toilet and plumbing repair, to finding a blockage that was causing all this, and having to break through the foundation and dig approximately 5–7 feet to access and repair the underground pipes. It was a major project, but they handled it with professionalism and expertise from start to finish.
What impressed me the most was how efficiently they worked. They completed the entire excavation and pipe repair in just one day, returning for only a few additional hours the following day to properly cement and finish the area. Their speed never compromised the quality of their work.
Their crew was always punctual, courteous, and highly skilled. The quality of their workmanship and customer service was outstanding, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. They truly were lifesavers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for future projects.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality plumbing or underground pipe repair services.
One Way Rooter Services Inc - 10/5 Stars!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Pablo and his team at One Way Rooter Services Inc did an exceptional job with a complete repiping of our house.
From start to finish, the entire team was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. This was major work, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. They protected our home, communicated clearly every step of the way, and left the place spotless — like they were never even here.
For a job this big, having zero stress and perfect results says everything. Highest recommendation. If you need plumbing done right, call Pablo and One Way Rooter Services Inc.
I had a great experience with Edgar. He was very kind and knowledgeable regarding our situation and helped us understand what was happening.
He was super accommodating and helped with contacting our neighbors as well regarding what needed to be done.
1000/10 experience. This may have honestly been the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber hands down.
My first experience with One Way Rooter was total satisfaction. My family referred this company to me due to long term relationship. I had several other companies feed me a line BS and very high price offered. Pablo and his team met my expectations with outstanding communication explaining each procedure and reason to replace. My job required major sewer lines and clean out.
I will always reach out to One Way and Pablo when needed. You will be totally satisfied with quality and competitive price. I finally found an honest plumber and company.
Thank you Pablo and crew.
I had an emergency rooftop leak and they stopped by the same day and had my store back up and running by the next morning. It's so rare to have anybody on-site the same day, and their work is top-notch. I also love that they send pictures of the work as they complete it. Highly recommend!
