I called Adam at Down Under Drainage after having 4 companies before him come out to access my problem, they all left me feeling hopeless and with anxiety and very overwhelmed, when I spoke to Adam on the telephone I was overwhelmed but hearing his voice was calming and I had read his reviews which are great my experience with Adam was excellent he arrived a few minutes early and I was impressed his communication was the same as on the telephone polite and professional Adam work ethics are amazing he is honest, resourceful, very detailed, professional and is the best plumber I have ever worked with the work he did for me is just the start of doing future business with him. I can’t thank him enough for unclogging my pipe line, my toilets were clogged, he came equipped with the camera to get to the bottom of my problem and that’s because he listens to the customer concerns, he went above and beyond and explained my entire pipe line structure which I never knew, I’m grateful to have met a gentleman who genuinely care. Adam from Down Under Drainage is easily the best plumber I’ve worked with in Los Angeles. He was on time, texted me about 30 minutes before arriving, and was super easy to communicate with from the start. He ran a camera scope through the line using the clean out, explained what he was seeing, and sent me a recording of the pipes afterward so I could keep it for my own records. He honestly saved me! I’ve had other plumbers come out before who tried to upsell me, told me things needed fixing that clearly didn’t, and just never made me feel confident I was getting the full truth. Adam is the complete opposite. He was honest, friendly, and focused on actually solving the problem. Adam is now my go-to plumber in LA, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest plumber. 10 out of 10!!

I called Down Under Drainage for a clogged sewer line and had a great experience from start to finish. I didn’t have an existing clean out, so the team had to access the line through the roof vent. They quickly located the problem, cleared the blockage, and then installed a clean out to make things much easier if there are ever future issues. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Down Under Drainage for any drainage or lining issues.
