I contacted Plumbing Geeks to help replace a low flow toilet to help a property I was selling pass City of Burbank point of sale requirements and to install a discharge line to the water heater to fit appriasal requirements. We were under a deadline - Chris took my call immediately and although he was booked for the day, was able to help out after hours and get it done the SAME DAY. Excellent service, and the pricing was beyond reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about his work ethic, dilligence, and customer service. A+

They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got right to work unclogging the drain line that connects the kitchen sink and bathtub. I called Greg because my water heater went out. He recommended replacing it instead of repairing it since it was already 12 years old. That made sense to me, as I didn’t want to risk a leak a few years down the line. He also made sure everything was up to code. Greg did a phenomenal job.
Greg was professional, responsive, and honest. He came out to inspect our plumbing issue, cleared the tub drain in a timely matter. He took the time to explain what was going on and answered all of our questions. It's hard to find people who are both knowledgeable and fair these days. We were within 24 hours of closing on our home that we were selling and all of a sudden, we couldn’t get our kitchen faucet to work. It’s a sink that is touchless, and therefore has a sensor on it. I called Greg at Plumbing Geeks and was in a panic. He said he could try to see if he could squeeze us in the next evening, but we didn’t have time because our closing would be during the day. He then said if the faucet has a sensor, check first to see if the batteries in the battery pack that work the sensor are good. I had no idea there was a battery pack, and when I changed the batteries, the faucet worked!! I just appreciated so much that Greg took my call on the spot and helped talk me through a solution out of sheer kindness. Greg and his team have helped us multiple times with installing faucets and toilets, with water heater issues, and with washer machine issues. They are very quick to respond and they try very hard to get you on the schedule as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Plumbing Geeks for any of your plumbing needs.
